About Intelliscan.Africa

U.S. governance.
African delivery scale.

Intelliscan.Africa is a U.S.-headquartered enterprise services company with multilingual delivery operations in Africa. We help regulated businesses modernize document workflows, scale AI data pipelines, and stand up compliance operations โ€” without sacrificing the audit-readiness regulators demand.

Why we exist

Africa has the talent. Enterprises need the governance.

The global market for AI data, document operations, and compliance work runs on human judgment โ€” and a generation of African professionals are some of the best in the world at exactly this kind of work. But buyers in regulated industries can't take a chance on unstructured delivery. They need named reviewers, calibrated quality, audit trails, and SLA accountability.

We built Intelliscan to close that gap. U.S.-headquartered for accountability, contracting, and governance. African-operated for capacity, language coverage, and cost. Trained against the ADBOK Framework so credentials are portable and quality is measurable.

Enterprise contracts, U.S. governance

Houston-headquartered for contracting, accountability, and U.S.-aligned data-handling expectations.

African delivery scale

Multilingual operations across Lagos, Abuja, and partner locations โ€” supporting 19+ languages.

ADBOK-credentialed workforce

Every delivery team member is trained and certified against the Artificial Intelligence Data Body of Knowledge.

Audit-ready, every engagement

GDPR-, NDPR-, and POPIA-aligned data handling. Multi-layer QA. Reviewer-level audit logs as standard.

Standards leadership

We helped found the Standards Institute.

The Intelliscan Standards Institute is an independent body advancing the global standardization of AI data practices through the ADBOKยฎ Framework โ€” the first body of knowledge for AI data professionals. Five universities across Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya are currently in MOU discussion to adopt the AI Campus curriculum. An eight-member working group across the USA, Japan, Portugal, Nigeria, and Ghana steers the framework.

How we operate

Four principles that shape every engagement.

Defensible by default

Audit-ready logs, named reviewers, structured escalation โ€” not bolted on later.

Calibrated, not improvised

Every workflow starts with gold-standard calibration. We measure agreement before we measure output.

Trained, not crowdsourced

Academy graduates, ADBOK-credentialed, paid fairly โ€” the people behind the data have careers, not just gigs.

Operations, not platforms

We don't sell software. We sell delivery teams who run your operation with discipline.

Governance is the product

The data is the deliverable. The governance is the reason regulators accept it.

Long-horizon partnerships

Our average client engagement runs multi-year. We optimize for the relationship, not the deal.

Leadership

Built and led by operators who've done the work.
